By accessing or using 10102 Services (10102.io, app.10102.io, tokens.10102.io), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

10102 LLC ("10102", "we", "us", or "our") provides blockchain-based applications:

• Computing Legacy (app.10102.io): Digital inheritance on Ethereum
• Computing Tokens (tokens.10102.io): Token health analysis
• Additional applications as announced

These terms apply to all 10102 applications and services.

10102 is not a law firm. We do not provide legal, tax, estate planning, or financial advice. Our applications are technological infrastructure only.

THE SERVICES DO NOT CREATE LEGALLY BINDING WILLS. Smart contracts are not substitutes for proper legal documents. Consult qualified professionals for estate planning, legal, and tax matters.

10102 operates as non-custodial software infrastructure. We never have access to:

• Your private keys or seed phrases
• Your wallet funds or assets
• Your on-chain transactions (these are public by blockchain design)

You maintain complete control and responsibility for your assets at all times.

To use our applications, you must:

• Connect a compatible wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Ledger, etc.)
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Secure your private keys (we cannot recover lost keys)
• Understand that wallet connections do not create custody

By using our applications, you acknowledge these risks:

Technical Risks

• Irreversible transactions - cannot be undone or reversed
• Smart contract bugs - code vulnerabilities may result in loss of funds
• Network issues - Ethereum network failures, congestion, or forks
• Gas costs - transaction fees can be unpredictable and expensive

Financial Risks

• Market volatility - cryptocurrency values fluctuate dramatically
• No guarantees - past performance does not indicate future results
• Total loss possible - you may lose all invested funds
• No FDIC insurance - crypto assets are not protected like bank deposits

Legal & Regulatory Risks

• Regulatory uncertainty - laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently
• Tax obligations - you are responsible for all tax reporting and payments
• Compliance - you must ensure your use complies with local laws

Key Management Risks

• Lost keys = lost funds - we cannot recover lost private keys
• Your responsibility - you alone secure your wallet
• No recourse - no way to reverse transactions if keys are compromised

Nothing provided by 10102 constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset, guarantees of future performance, or estate planning guidance.

Always consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.

• You are responsible for all blockchain gas costs and network fees
• All tax obligations are your responsibility

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We provide Services "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for loss of funds due to smart contract issues, blockchain network failures or delays, incorrect beneficiary information you provide, lost or compromised private keys, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is capped at fees paid to us in the preceding 3 months (currently $0).

You agree to indemnify 10102 LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, and your violation of laws or third-party rights.

Binding Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration via JAMS in Florida, not through courts.

Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using our Services by emailing info@10102.io.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.

We are committed to user privacy. We do not track or profile users, we collect minimal data, and we do not sell user information.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
